At Truzee, all garments are made-to-order and crafted specifically for you.
Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

All Truzee outfits are made after an order is placed. Production begins once:

Payment is successfully confirmed, and
All order details (including measurements/customisation, if applicable) are verified.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

India: 6–7 business days
International: 7–10 business days (subject to courier and customs clearance)

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs or local regulations, which are beyond our control.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, payable by the customer

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment.

If you need your outfit by a specific date, we may be able to expedite the process depending on production capacity.
