DOMESTIC ORDERS: Product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties within India, unless stated otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Duties, taxes, customs charges, and import fees for international orders are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These charges vary by destination country and must be paid directly by the customer to the shipping agency or relevant authority at the time of delivery or customs clearance.
COLOUR OF PRODUCTS +
We make every effort to display the colours, fabrics, embroidery, embellishments, and details of our garments as accurately as possible. However, colour may vary slightly due to screen settings, device displays, lighting during photography, fabric batches, dyeing processes, handwork, embroidery placement, and natural fabric texture. Such minor variations are normal and will not be considered defects.

Please refer to the size chart mentioned on the product page before placing your order. Fit may vary depending on the silhouette, fabric, lining, structure, padding, and construction of the garment. If you are unsure about your size, please contact our team before placing the order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION +
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication method used by Truzee. If you do not receive confirmation after placing an order, please contact us with your payment details.
ORCER CHANGES +

READY TO SHIP DISPATCH TIMELINES +
Some garments may be ready-to-ship, while others may have a dispatch timeline based on the production, embroidery, finishing, and quality check process involved. The dispatch timeline for each garment will be mentioned on the product page wherever applicable. If your order contains multiple garments, the dispatch timeline will be calculated as per the garment that takes the longest time to dispatch.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS +
Most Truzee garments are occasionwear pieces and may include delicate fabrics, embroidery, mirror work, beads, sequins, crystals, trims, or hand-finished details. Please follow the care instructions provided with the garment. We recommend dry cleaning or special care for delicate occasionwear garments.
