At Truzee, every garment is created with attention to fabric, fit, finish, and detail. Since our products are occasionwear garments, limited-run styles, embellished pieces, or production-sensitive items, we follow a careful return and exchange policy.

For eligible products, return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted. Only products specifically eligible for return or exchange may be accepted.
Eligible products must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- With all original tags intact
In original packaging - Accompanied by the original invoice/order details
All return/exchange requests are subject to quality check by the Truzee team.
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Blouses
- Corsets
- Sarees with stitched blouse additions
- Sale or discounted items
- Made-to-order pieces
- Altered products
- Customised or personalised products
- Heavily embellished products
- Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
This is because these products are fit-sensitive, production-sensitive, or specially finished for the order.
Size exchange may be offered only for eligible ready-to-ship products, subject to availability. Size exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without tags/packaging will not be accepted for size exchange.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the issue
- Unboxing video, wherever available
- Photos of tags, labels, and packaging
Once verified, we may offer a replacement, repair, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
Minor differences in colour, embroidery placement, handwork, fabric texture, print placement, or embellishment details are natural in fashion and occasionwear products and will not be treated as defects.
Refunds are not provided for general returns, size issues, change of mind, colour mismatch due to screen settings, styling preferences, or event cancellation.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- A replacement or repair is not possible
- The product becomes unavailable after payment
- Truzee cancels the order from its side
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method communicated by Truzee.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
Where applicable, Truzee may issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Store credit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or extended after expiry.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect product cases, Truzee may arrange reverse pickup where serviceable. For size exchanges or customer-requested exchanges, reverse pickup, re-shipping, or courier charges may be borne by the customer. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship the product to the address shared by our team.
All returned products will undergo quality check. If a product fails quality check due to signs of wear, perfume, stains, damage, missing tags, alteration, washing, or incorrect packaging, the return/exchange request may be rejected. In such cases, the product may be shipped back to the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Cancellation requests must be raised as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or moved into production, cancellation may not be possible. If Truzee accepts a cancellation request, the eligible refund or store credit will be processed as communicated by our team.
