At Truzee, we aim to make the delivery process as smooth and transparent as possible. Since our garments may involve different production processes, dispatch timelines can vary from product to product.

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES +

At Truzee, we aim to make the delivery process as smooth and transparent as possible. Since our garments may involve different production processes, dispatch timelines can vary from product to product.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES +

A flat shipping fee of INR 3,500 is applicable on all international orders.

The dispatch timeline for each garment is mentioned on the product page and is calculated based on the processes involved in creating that garment.

In case your order contains multiple garments, the dispatch timeline will be calculated as per the garment that takes the longest time to dispatch.

Dispatch Timeline: The amount of time it takes for our production unit to dispatch your order after order confirmation.

We use reputed international shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, Aramex Express, or other registered courier partners for international orders.

Once dispatched, international deliveries usually take 5–10 working days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier partner timelines.

Delivery Timeline: The amount of time it takes our courier partner to deliver your order after pick-up from our production unit.

Please note that dispatch and delivery timelines are calculated in working/business days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, courier holidays, customs delays, or operational shutdowns.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address, including the pin code or postal code wherever applicable, along with a mobile number that you are available on, to ensure smooth delivery of your order.

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Most countries charge import duties, customs charges, or local taxes on imported products. These charges vary based on the destination country and the products imported.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees directly to the shipping agency or relevant authority at the time of delivery or customs clearance.

ORDER TRACKING +

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other communication method used by Truzee.

You can use the tracking details to check the delivery status of your order.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to reflect after the package has been picked up by the courier partner.

DEKIVERY ATTEMPTS +

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order a reasonable number of times.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, the package may be returned to Truzee.

In such cases, any additional shipping charges, return-to-origin charges, or re-shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS +

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Truzee will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

DELAYS +

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the mentioned timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Fabric or production delays
  • Embroidery or finishing delays
  • Quality check requirements
  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Operational disruptions
  • Force majeure events

    Truzee will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed in case of significant delays.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS +

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately.

If your order is marked delivered but has not been received by you, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update so that we can raise the issue with the courier partner.

Claims raised after this period may be difficult to investigate with the logistics partner.
