Truzee offers Indian and fusion occasionwear, including but not limited to blouses, lehengas, sarees, sharara sets, co-ord sets, corsets, and festive separates.

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, vendors, and others who access or use the website.

By using this website, you also agree to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policy displayed on our website.

PRODUCT INFORMATION +

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Truzee does not store your complete card, UPI, banking, or payment credentials.

We are not responsible for payment failures, bank delays, payment gateway errors, or transaction issues caused by third-party payment providers.

PRODUCTION & DISPATCH TIMELINES +

Product timelines may vary depending on the nature of the garment, availability, production process, embroidery, embellishment work, quality checks, and delivery location.

Estimated dispatch or delivery timelines mentioned on the product page, checkout page, or order communication are indicative and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY +

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, phone number, email address, and delivery details are accurate and complete.

Truzee is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and delivery location.

If a customer refuses delivery, is unavailable, or provides incorrect delivery information, any additional shipping charges, return-to-origin charges, or re-shipping charges may be borne by the customer, subject to applicable law.

CANCELLATION +

Cancellation requests must be raised as soon as possible after placing the order.

Orders may be eligible for cancellation only if they have not been processed, packed, shipped, or moved into production.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or moved into production, cancellation may not be possible.

If a cancellation request is accepted by Truzee, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method communicated by us.

Truzee may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, operational constraints, or other reasonable causes.

If payment has already been received for such an order, the eligible refund will be processed.

RETURN & EXCHANGES +

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Due to the nature of occasionwear, embellished garments, limited-run styles, and production-sensitive pieces, returns or exchanges may not be accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the issue, packaging, and order details.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice, wherever applicable.

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, washed, altered, missing tags, or not in original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Final sale items, discounted items, and items specifically marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law.

REFUNDS +

Refunds, wherever approved, will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method communicated by Truzee.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

Shipping charges, convenience fees, COD charges, custom duties, taxes, or other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless required by applicable law or specifically confirmed by Truzee.

SIZING & FIT +

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size chart and product information available on the website.

Fit may vary depending on the silhouette, fabric, cut, lining, structure, padding, and construction of the garment.

Customers are required to follow the care instructions provided with the product or communicated by Truzee.

Many occasionwear pieces include delicate fabrics, embroidery, mirror work, beads, sequins, crystals, trims, or hand-finished details and may require dry cleaning or special care.

Truzee will not be responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, ironing, dry cleaning, storage, handling, or usage.
